Qualifications
- Interns will be provided with a MacBook Pro equipped with Adobe Creative Suite, along with access to Nikon pool equipment.
- This job requires reliable transportation to meet with sources or cover events.
- This paid, full-time internship runs May 11, 2026, through August 29, 2026 (40 hours per week).
Duties
- Interns will be responsible for pitching story ideas, covering assignments, producing photo galleries, creating social media posts, and contributing video and multimedia content.
- Some writing will also be required.
- Cover general assignments in-person.
- As an Advance Local Photo Intern with MLive, you will join a dynamic and inclusive newsroom team focused on local journalism for one of the country’s largest privately owned media companies.
