Company Information

We're looking for a digitally savvy, community-minded intern who understands that showing up consistently online is how audiences are built — and that the work behind that consistency is both creative and strategic.

Qualifications

  • Deeply familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn — and how audiences behave differently on each
  • Has a basic understanding of paid media and how it complements organic content strategy
  • Understands how content renders across platforms — dimensions, file sizes, text placement, mobile vs. desktop
  • Strong writer with clean grammar and tone awareness
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive — you don't wait to be told what needs attention
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in day-to-day tasks
  • Able to work part-time hours

Duties

  • Draft and refine captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement (escalating when needed)
  • Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar tools
  • Assist in tracking basic paid media performance alongside organic — understanding how the two work together
  • Monitor creator and affiliate content activity and flag engagement opportunities
  • Support newsletter preparation, scheduling, and distribution
