Qualifications
- Confident, efficient, intelligent, proactive and courteous. Very detail oriented.
- MUST have excellent phone manner.
- Good writing skills are a plus.
- Looking for self-starter with a great attitude.
- MUST be able to multitask and be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Duties
- Assist our account executives in our day-to-day activities which include: answering, screening, and directing phone calls; preparing media lists
- Preparing press kits and designing press clippings, maintaining clip books, writing story/pitch ideas, social media.
- May accompany executives to special functions.
