Qualifications

• Strong experience editing short-form video (TikTok / Reels / Shorts)
• Extremely high attention to detail (timing, captions, pacing, hooks)
• Comfortable iterating quickly and following performance feedback
• Understands direct-response style creatives

Duties

• Turn proven creator scripts into high-performing short-form ads
• Use AI tools + editing skills to create fresh variations (hooks, pacing, visuals)
• Edit for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
• Maintain consistency across multiple ad iterations
• Collaborate closely with a product-driven growth team

Additional Notes

Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with HeyGen • Familiarity with ElevenLabs • Experience working with AI-generated or UGC-style ads • Prior performance-ad or app-growth experience
