This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of public relations and communications. As a Beauty Public Relations Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a dynamic PR department.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data
- Familiarity with public relations principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of proofreading techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Duties
- Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials
- Conduct market research and analysis to support PR campaigns
- Monitor daily social media coverage, flagging influencer content and brand mentions
- Assist in organizing and coordinating PR events and activities
- Support social media efforts to enhance brand visibility, building monthly content calendars across client social channels
- Proofread and edit written materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
