EXACT Sports is now hiring interns to support our national college recruiting camps and events. This internship offers hands-on experience in sports marketing, event operations, staffing, and logistics, with direct exposure to college coaches and athletic programs across the country.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2.50 GPA
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Strong computer and technology literacy (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, etc.)
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Duties
- Support camp registration efforts through outbound communication and digital marketing
- Coordinate college coach stipends, travel, and accommodations
- Assist with equipment, materials, and event planning
- Communicate with athletes and families to provide customer service and event information
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with college and university coaching staffs
