Company Information

Fairway to Green is an equitable golf media company whose mission is to develop female leaders by increasing the visibility, funding and participation in women's golf. We cover men's and women's golf news equally.

We see ourselves as a steppingstone to working in the sports industry. As a startup, we aren't offering financial compensation at this time, but we do provide the opportunity to build a portfolio with expert feedback and mentorship; we also offer introductions to the golf industry. Our founder, Kelly Okun, is a former professional golfer who was an early-stage employee at a golf media property that she helped sell to Sports Illustrated to become today's SI Golf.

We're looking for more writers to help us cover college golf in the U.S. and professional golf in the U.S., Asia, South America, Africa and Australia. Additionally, we're always open to co-producing podcasts and video series - whatever skills you want to develop for your next chapter and passions you'd like to pursue. Please keep in mind that some of these tours have shorter seasons than others, so it is likely you'll cover a combination of tours.

There is no end date to this internship assuming performance is satisfactory. Golf season is year-round.
