WDRB/WBKI is looking for a Broadcast IT Technician.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT or Broadcast Engineering experience
• Solid troubleshooting instincts and a willingness to ask/learn
• Comfortable with Windows systems, networking, and IP-based tech
• Team-oriented, calm under pressure, and ready to adapt
• Bonus points: experience with Nversion, Avid, Ross Overdrive, or Harmonic

Duties

• Keep our studios, control rooms, and live broadcasts running smoothly
• Troubleshoot video, audio, and IT systems (you’ll learn a lot fast)
• Help with field shoots and big live events
• Set up, repair, and maintain equipment and tech workflows
• Be part of the team during breaking news and severe weather coverage
