Marketing & Communications Intern

FustCharles is seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to join our thriving regional public accounting firm, FustCharles and our healthcare consulting company, Microscope. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and recruitment support, with opportunities to contribute to the firm’s employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a marketing or communications student eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current student (Junior, Senior or Grad) pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Experience with video editing is a plus.

Duties

• Help plan, create, and post content on social media platforms for both FustCharles and Microscope.
• Assist in the creation of internal and external email newsletters, email campaigns, and press releases.
• Contribute to the design and development of marketing materials, including advertisements, flyers, and digital content, to support the branding and promotional efforts of FustCharles and Microscope.
• Help organize and manage internal and external events, including client-facing webinars, employee engagement activities, and sponsored events for both FustCharles and Microscope.
• Work with the marketing team and HR to assist with recruitment marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and job postings.
