Camp North Star is a premier sleepaway camp in Poland Spring, Maine. We are looking to hire motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced interns for the 2026 camp season.
Qualifications
- Experience with adventure and/or sports videography
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- A positive attitude and a drive to complete work quickly and efficiently on daily deadlines
- Social-media savvy
- Experience using video editing software, video cameras, and audio equipment.
- Highly developed time management skills in order to complete tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task as you will be completing multiple projects at once
Duties
- Videographers shoot, edit, and produce videos for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- It involves capturing and editing footage throughout the day, including activities in sports, arts, outdoors, and the waterfront.
- Interested in teaching 1 - 2 periods a day of video production classes to our campers, ages 7 - 17.
- Under the guidance of our Program Director, you will follow a curriculum designed to introduce video filming and production while sparking our campers' creativity.
