Qualifications

  • Proficiency with at least one professional NLE: Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics and titling (After Effects or built-in tools).
  • Demonstrated skills in color correction, audio leveling/cleanup, and adding captions.
  • Strong sense of narrative structure, pacing, and visual clarity for short-form and long-form content.
  • Experience creating short, social-first edits (0:15–1:00) that drive engagement.

Duties

  • Edit a range of video assets end-to-end (interviews, product walkthroughs, training series, case studies, paid/social ads, event recaps), delivering concise, on-brand stories.
  • Translate concepts into compelling video visuals by sourcing imagery, creating animated text, and building light motion graphics or animation.
  • Create platform-ready exports and variants (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) optimized for web, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and paid placements.
  • Craft social-first cuts with strong hooks, pacing, and CTAs; add captions, lower thirds, and light motion graphics consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Perform color correction, basic audio cleanup/mixing, and sound design using licensed or royalty-free assets.
