WMBF News, the Gray Media NBC affiliate in Myrtle Beach, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Media team.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field preferred.
- Must have high organizational skills and willing to take initiative
- Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and perform in a high-paced environment
- Proficiency in data entry tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using available tools.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Stay on top of trends, tools, and local market insights.
- Support Media Executives and Sales Management in developing client proposals and presentations.
