BASE Sports Group (BASE) is the national leader in amateur sports partnerships. BASE is growing exponentially – changing the way the sports market approaches sponsorship. We work with the largest girls basketball event in the world, we represent the largest high school baseball podcast, and we work with many other exciting youth and community sports properties.

Qualifications

- Be able to generate original and imaginative solutions to business opportunities
- Strong organization skills
- Flexible and adaptable work schedule for changing organizational needs
- All candidates must demonstrate computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated from a college institution.
Duties
- Think of this role as an internal consultant in corporate and partnership strategy
- You will report directly to our Co-Founder leading data and strategy
- Clean, mine and analyze survey data
- Pull, merge and analyze first-party digital data (social, digital, email etc.)
- Deliver actionable insights to the leadership and sales team
- Develop reports for brand partners, event partners and facility partners
- Present to brand partners, event partners and facility partners
- Learn how to value, and predict value, of sponsorship assets
- Attend regular meetings and communicate with the sales team on a consistent basis
- Proactively follow-up on action items and deliverables as assigned
- Proactively communicate with various members of the team
- Leverage the internship to learn all aspects of the sports marketing industry
