Bravo Group offers a hands-on internship position that enables students to jump right into the fast-paced world of public relations and advocacy. Our interns truly become part of the team – participating in brainstorming sessions, drafting press materials, working with the media and implementing social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Willingness to help with a variety of programs and tasks
- Well organized and self-motivated
- Willingness to collaborate with staff and members of the Bravo community
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Experience managing a variety of social media accounts in a business setting
- Prior Internship experience (in an office setting) is highly preferred
- Must be at least in junior year. Recent grads considered
- Ability to work remotely 3-4 days per week and be in the office 1-2 days per week. Prior freelance experience a plus.
Duties
- Develop press releases, fact sheets and backgrounders on client issues
- Conduct research and develop reports
- Assist with virtual event planning
- Live tweeting of legislative events
- Content development
- Support special projects as needed
Additional Notes
The Internship is for 24 hours per week and lasts for the semester. Interns will work from home 3-4 days per week and be in the office 1-2 days per week.How to Apply
