2025 Bold Beginners Internship: Design

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and beginner experience with Adobe Creative Suite (including familiarity with typography, layouts, illustration, motion graphics, logos, and icons)
• Portfolio of work (school/spec work acceptable) demonstrating creative ability (application requirement)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail
• Education: Rising junior, senior, or recent graduate from an accredited college or university with a degree in Communications, Design/Graphic Design, or a related field

Duties

• Develop innovative design solutions to address branding challenges, leveraging creative problem-solving skills
• Present and communicate design concepts effectively to design directors and cross-functional teams
• Design and deliver high-quality solutions within specified budgets and timelines
• Confidently articulate and defend design decisions, while remaining open to feedback and alternative perspectives
• Collaborate and iterate on design concepts to refine and improve outcomes
• Cultivate creative expertise through hands-on experience and constructive feedback
