Qualifications
- Must be approved for college/university credit as part of your internship program
- Knowledgeable and passionate about soccer, sports, and social media
- Creative, hardworking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas
- Experience in social media management (preferred but not required)
- Interest in or experience with design, video editing, and photography (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working onsite at events, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools like Sprout Social (preferred but not required)
Duties
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for U90C Sports' platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok
- Collaborate on campaigns that highlight tournaments, leagues, and special events
- Support live event coverage by capturing and sharing real-time updates across social channels
- Assist with content planning, brainstorming creative concepts and new ways to engage audience
- Analyze social media performance to track metrics and report on growth and engagement
- Help manage digital marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of U90C Sports events
- Create engaging visual and written content to showcase the soccer community's passion
- Participate in special projects related to digital content, design, and branding
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to maintain the voice and brand of U90C Sports
